Smart Skipper™ Standard Monitoring System Kit

The Smart Skipper™ Bilge Pump Monitoring System Kit enables users to remotely monitor and control bilge pump activity using a dedicated on board smart tablet (included). Receive early-warning notifications on your smart device and configure your system alarm thresholds and alerts from the cloud-based Smart Skipper™ app. Utilizing the reliable and robust connectivity of Bluetooth mesh technology, users have 24/7 on board and off board connectivity of their vessel’s vital systems from anywhere.

The Smart Skipper™ Bilge Pump Monitoring System Kit contains three Mate devices that wirelessly communicate with one another without requiring line-of-sight installation. The GPS / Geofence Mate (BGWS-00) provides vessel location information and allows users to create a geofence boundary. The Bilge Mate (BGWS-01) remotely monitors bilge pump run time and activation frequency, voltage, and current. The Battery Mate (BGWS-02) connects to the battery (up to 2 batteries per Mate device) and allows users to remotely monitor and configure voltage and current thresholds. In case of a power failure, the internal backup battery in each device will keep the system connected for up to 72 hours or more. A daily log (inside the web portal) allows users to keep track of your boat’s system activity.

Scale your Smart Skipper™ system by adding additional Mate devices that seamlessly integrate with your existing system. Most Mate devices include additional alarm inputs that can interface with your vessel’s alarm panels and sensors. For example, the GPS / Geofence Mate can be connected to motion detectors, open / close sensors to secure your boat from intrusion. Users wanting to detect high water or oil may connect a BG-HW or BG-OIL to the Bilge Mate.
